Started by: little mickey (135)

Does anyone know where I can obtain some scaffolding boards
so that I can build a raised vegetable bed in the garden?

Can' you build a little wall, Mickey?...
Maybe housebricks are easier to get hold of, and cheaper?
Maybe not, of course.

They used to sell railway sleepers at that place in Ince, behind the KFC sort of thing.

The thing with railway sleepers is that they may have been coated with something nasty to preserve them - they will continually leech out bad stuff for years to come.

I've used plastic for my raised beds.I got them from a company called"Link-A-Bord".A bit expensive but they'll last for ever.
